Inland Meat introduces Border Springs Farm. In the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains along the Virginia/North Carolina border, they have been humanely raising high quality Lamb since 2002. It is prized among many of the best Chefs on the East Coast. Border Springs is Animal Welfare approved not only for the farm but the processing operation as well. The Lamb is a Texel breed which is a very broad animal with more meat on the eye of the backbone and bigger legs. They are bred with Katahdins which is known for its sweet fat flavor. We are carrying many different cuts so call and talk with your sales rep for the cut that will work best for your application.
